The District Council... The Southwest Idaho District Council is one of two Councils in the State of Idaho. Seven Conferences, with 127 volunteer members, comprise the Southwest Idaho District Council. Each Conference elects its president who automatically becomes a member of the District Council. The District Council meets monthly to share their conference’s experiences in serving clients and to oversee the "Special Works" of the District Council. Our Special Works Programs and Services include our Food Pantries, Patient Assistance Program, Thanksgiving Food Basket Program, Community Suppers, Vehicle Donation Program, and our Thrift Stores.
