Patient Assistance Program...

The Patient Assistance Program assists our neighbors in need obtain medication they are unable to afford. The cost of medication, particularly medication for long term or chronic conditions, can be very expensive. Without health insurance many are unable to get their prescription medication. No one should have to choose between much needed medication and other important necessities of life.

The Patient Assistance Program knows that many pharmaceutical companies provide medications free of charge to those who meet certain qualifications. Each pharmaceutical company has its own set of criteria that applicants must meet to qualify for their programs.

Since 2001, the Patient Assistance Program has been here to help navigate through each pharmaceutical company’s process for acceptance. We collect the required information from each client and work directly with the Pharmaceutical Companies. Our staff and volunteers work with each client individually always mindful of the privacy each client is entitled to.

Application materials and enrollment in the Patient Assistance Program are free. We do not charge any fees associated with obtaining, completing or submitting an enrollment application.

Jesus is reliving His passion in our poor people. The poor are really going through the passion of Christ.
We should treat them with dignity.....Give to Christ in His distressing disguise. It is Jesus in the poor
that you feed, clothe, and take in. Do it all with a great, undivided love.
