Welcome to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Southwest Idaho District Council's Web Site. This Site has information about the Society, our Programs and Events, How We Give Help and How To Get Help, Volunteer Opportunities, as well as information on how to donate to the Society.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul provides its members with opportunities to participate in multiple volunteer services directed to the poor, with a unique focus on one-to-one personal services through home visitation, aid, information/referral services, support, and problem solving. Volunteers serve meals, offer social support at our Community Dinners, contribute to strengthening families and are advocates for the poor. The Society is dedicated to the support of, and involvement in, community service.

It is very gratifying to be recognized as such by the Better Business Bureau. You can always trust that your donations to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul will be used to enhance the lives of those in need.

Appeal for Donations...
Winter weather is here, and with it comes special needs for warm clothing. Supplying food, clothes and funds to assist with utility bills, are just a fraction of the assistance offered by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Here in Southwest Idaho, the need is great, especially during our cold winter months. Please take a moment to consider donating to our cause thereby helping our neighbors in need.

If you have clothing and/or household items you would like to donate, please call your local St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store to schedule a pick up.
