Donate Goods & Donation Pickup

Please consider donating your gently used clothing, furniture and other household items to St. Vincent de Paul. Your donations make it possible for St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho to assist our neighbors in need. These gently used goods enable us to offer low or no-cost clothing, furniture and household items. Our store sales help fund the Programs and Services we provide to those most in need.

Please understand that our drivers are using their best discretion based on our guidelines to determine if the donation is in a sellable condition, please see the accepted items below.

If we come to your pick-up location and we do not accept your donations because they do not qualify under our acceptable donations or we can’t get access to the donations because no one is home, no refund will be provided.

If our drivers are running late past 4 pm, they will call to inform you as soon as possible.

You can drop off your clothing, furniture, or household goods at any of our five
thrift store locations.

If you are unable to drop off donations we can pick them up for you!
There is a set fee of $60.00* for pick-ups

We have started charging a fee for pick-up services regardless of the donation
size. We apologize for any inconveniences but this charge will cover inflation
changes and transportation costs and allow us to continue offering pick-up
services.

  • Flimsy furniture (i.e., unsteady, fragile bookcases made of particle board or pressed wood)

  • Oversized/large furniture(i.e., desks, armoires, entertainment centers, wall units)

  • Itemsthataredamaged,broken,ripped,torn,stained, foul-smelling, unsanitary or with pet hair

  • Incomplete items that are missing parts
